Barnes and Lanier

These two guys are going to have to step up. Obviously Lanier hasnt had his opportunity yet, but with the 3-4 a good nose or nose rotation is a must. Barnes is the guy I really want to put it together. With his size and length he could be a terror. He must get lower though. Not to mention the incoming guys who all will fit into the scheme one way or another.

Green is the guy in the 3-4. Zero technique player. Maybe not next year, but the year after.
