You were antagonistic as well..I understand-we all want better for Tech, just have different opinions on what is the best strategy. The debate over the UNC qb was just silly---a bunch of "I know you are, but what am I".
BTW, the best pilots are in the U.S. Navy.

Youkonwreck, I've been reading and enjoying AFR's posts here and on the Hive for close to 10 years now. I couldn't read his post on BO, because that ignorant prick banned me long ago (for something I posted on Stingtalk!!), but I can't imagine AFR being anywhere near as antagonistic as half of those deluded pussies over there are. You toe the party line or you're outta there!

BO is far more restrictive than the Hive ever was.

I'm sensing a whole lotta displaced RAGE out there. Rage and infuriation at the way you Chan supporters have been proven wrong by the Chan bashers.

It's like a Chan basher has figuratively pushed you down, placed his foot on the back of your head, and slowly, slowly ground your face down into the mud.

It would have been better for you if he had been hired by the NFL last year, because then you could have at least saved face. You could have walked away saying, "See, Chan was great as proven by his NFL hiring. He just didn't have enough time to prove it at Tech."

But now, not only are you going to lose Chan, but you are going to lose him in a way that not only thoroughly humiliates you, but makes you look like a complete idiot for having supported him all these years.

In a way, I am glad it has come to this. Because I don't want any of you Chan supporters to come out of this thinking you were right in any shape, form, or fashion. I want it to be clear, not only to you, but to everyone else, how completely and utterly wrong you were. I want it done in a way in which there is no way to save face.

It's pretty easy for the generic "Hate Tech" group to get any number of aliases and bombard the boards with smack and trash...even to start their own "Hate Tech" board using double-speak. Then, they lure the naive, unwary and unsuspecting into their fold and the first thing you know they have the rest of us stirrred in a tizzy.

Result: They are amused and Tech is damaged.

I never really had a problem with GTO either. It's a shame he's so easily duped by the BO party line, though. You'd think for someone who hates how Bush prunes the audience at his public appearances, he'd pay more attention to how BO prunes their contributors.

BBuzzoff doesn't tie my hands, if you can't get along with Bee I can't help you there, I never liked Gailey from day 1 and the Hive would not let me express that so I became an outcast, and I wasn't a Republican so I added more to my resume, I said the day I signed on here that I would be neutral in my rants on ST and I try to stay that way, beej67, you and I have always had one of those honor among hardheads things.

I wonder what the heck everyone is thinking accepting what has gone on for these past 6 seasons when everyone was wanting so much more before Gailey got here!

All I can say, he and his mediocrity has rubbed off on most Tech fans - the sooner we get rid of him the better the program will be and the fans can come back to their senses.:biggthumpup:
