SCSU and BG should be locks.

That means we only have to go 3-5 in the ACC. UL has a new coach and is an unknown. Wake is bringing in a new QB (and that system does have a learning curve). Cuse and UVa will be middling at best. BC will be worse than that. We should go 3-2 against that group.

Miami, UNC, and Clemson have been schizophrenic the past few years.

Who knows about Ole Miss and uga? Those games depend more on them than us right now.
 
True story. As a loudmouthed 3o-loving dad, at a christmas party in 2007 i bragged to my buddies that i would get season tix if tech hired one CPJ as their next head coach. Of course it happened the next week. Having kids at tech, i bought and have ended up on the 45yd line for years. But the fun part…

knowing his penchant for immediate success and loving me some CPJ, in august the next year i jumped on a plane bound for vegas and took a chunk (10k) of cash into the winn and tried to bet us over 5 wins. Without the “winn card” i could only do 5k per bet. So i did it at -110, then returned to the window. When i went to bet 5k again, it was 5.5 at -115. I was so fn proud that “i moved a vegas line” i bet it anyway. If i remember right, they hit six wins in mid october!

so u know, i’m thinking it’s deja vu all over again and am planning my august 2023 trip…although i could probably figure it out online. Maybe. But vegas more fun.
 
How long is the waiting period for the NCAA making us vacate wins before the ticket can be cashed?
 
lol, that's something i actually considered....i cashed the ticket about 3 days after i was able. luckily had a family member heading that way soon after and he got it for me. you're right, that was my first worry, heavy hand of the inept governors would come down on us and i'd be SOL!

(and i'm NOT bragging, i've given the city of lights far more than i've taken over the course of my life, but that one big score still makes me smile.... that's why it's difficult for me to bitch about one of CPJ's losing seasons!! i didn't lose on any of those...first year was my only wager).
