Educate me on the illegality of what Moreno did, I haven't heard that yet. ?
http://football.refs.org/rules/NFsummary.html Check 9-4-2d. I don't really feel like going through the rule book right now, but hurdling is defined as leaping over a defender who is still on his feet. It's pretty much never called though.
