Bilbo Getting Some Snaps at QB during Hula Bowl

That Wake game was absolute hell. Everyone chanting for Bilbo. I think wake ran almost 100 plays and we ran about 40 or so. They had the ball all day.

I hope Bilbo wins the Super Bowl at QB. He's a good kid. Maybe he'll turn the corner like Brett Farve did after riding the pines with the Falcons.

Reggie can't throw it in the ocean from a rowboat in the middle of it. I think I could take him at the Techfest on the football throw. I just sat there at times last year and wondered "where in the hell is he throwing the ball, to ME?" Much worse in person than on TV. In person, you really get perspective on how bad he throws it.

We need a new QB next year. We can finish 7-5 with about any of what we have. Time for one of the others to earn their scholarship.

Well he was never switched from QB, but how about Andy Hall? He got buried BEHIND Suggs AND Bilbo at QB, yet still managed to get picked up by the Eagles. Kind of blows away the arguement that CG is a good evaluater of talent at the QB position. Well that AND the fact that we have Reggie still taking snaps. I'm not saying Bilbo is an NFL QB, what I am saying is, more than likely, he would have been no worse of a college QB than what we got now.

He played and PRACTICED as a WR the past 2 years. Yes, he took some snaps at QB, but as far as his primary position, he was a WR.

Comparing him to Andy Hall is apples and oranges. AH played and started at least a full season at QB while at Delaware, maybe 2. Plenty of time for the scouts to consider signing him.

AH took 10 times the snaps IN A GAME at QB than Bilbo did.

Look, I want DBo to make millions and succeed in the NFL. He's a great kid. I just think he can dominate as a WR.

Sorry BOR but that's bull. Hall was behind Suggs and Bilbo before Chan ever showed up. He quit about halfway through spring practice because he didn't have enought confidence in himself to let the coaches have time to see what he could do. Blame Chan for Bilbo or Reggie if you want, but the reason Hall wasn't a QB at Tech is because he didn't have the guts to compete for the job.

So what part of what I said is wrong? Just because you've decided Chan is the cause of all the evil in the world, doesn't mean you aren't full of crap.
