As far as I know, booze has always been coming in to the stadium. It just hasn't been sold there.

If he introduces booze to BDS, I don't think he can afford NOT to keep the coasters. Think of the water ring damage.

People complain about students not filling their current sections as is - you think giving them some of the nicest seats in the stadium is the answer? Heck no.

I have no idea how old you are so you may not remember that this is where the students used to sit before they created the club seating. In 1984, when I was at Tech, we sat right on the 50 yard line. And having the students directly behind your opposing team's bench made it a much more raucous experience for the opposing team than the staunch, buttoned-down crowd that sits in those chair back seats right now.
