Theres just no leadership....
It appears to me, that at this point in the season the players are looking for guidance from a leader, and its just not there.
IMO, Gailey is attempting to use the pro philosophy based on what I have heard regarding the way he manages practices, giving players more free reign,not being as touch or as much of a diciplinarian etc etc...Apparentlty this isn't working with this particular team at this particular time....
Like him or not - at least GOL got results and at least Tech was always competetive with his approach...I'm not saying we need GOL or a GOL clone at this point - but its clear that we lack strong leadership at this point...
