Bowl Streak - we ain't dead yet

With that attitude, why play at all? It's another opportunity to play the game that most of them probably love, and the last chance to don the white and gold for seniors. What the hell is wrong with you?

They have to rationalize their need to see negative ramifications for the thing that's got them butthurt beyond comprehension. But I'm sure they once knew a player who had committed to a D1 school before he blew out his knee and they weren't necessarily "good friends" but they knew him well enough to know that he probably wouldn't even want to go to a bowl game in our situation this year, so they are in a pretty good position to speak for the team imo

Yes, who will think of the swag bags? Beats headphones for everyone.

I remember hearing players enjoyed Boise a lot. Hell, I heard it personally from band members that Boise was fun. Players had good things to say about El Paso too.

These are 18-22 year old kids and any trip is fun. I remember getting flown out to San Antonio for my co-op. San Antonio is hardly that great of a place to visit, but any sort of travel was exciting for me in college.

Jon, you are ööööing stupid. They take 12 trips in the 3 months before December. They know the bus and plane routine. You were just a piss poor nerd, going to work for pay in your career, free to drink yourself silly till all hours of the morning, and ööööö galore.

Nothing like that under PJ. In fact, miss curfew and you could take a 42 hour Greyhound ride.

You ungifted cad jockey!

Good morning StingTalk.

We want Shreveport so we get the extra practices.

That said .. it's basically impossible. Odds are very, very low.

Maybe TIA can run the predictor on those 3 games to give us odds.

I dunno man. What are the odds that someone important tears their ACL in the bowl game and are out for 2016? That is likely given our luck this year. Losing Gotsis is just öööö icing on a öööö cake.

Could probably rehab an ACL in the offseason.

Have you seen us block? We need practice.

At this point, if we win the next 3 I will be excited as hell and will travel wherever to be at whatever bowl wants us. It may also be a better bowl than our record deserves after beating UGA.

I know, I'm doing it wrong according to a good number of you toolbags.

All for this...LET'S GO!!!!

We won't win another game without Gotsis. Couldn't even beat UVA without him.

If we win next 3 - yeah. Still not as important as the 1.

Problem with extra practices is will get the same coaching as had lead us to this point.

Pretty clear that our O has been figured out. Do not see 2016 being an improvement, but who knows. Do not see D improving. Same ole since 2008.

Could I possibly interest you in reading the nice thread about injuries? After you are finished, if you still blame the coaches you might be brain damaged.

We had a historical offense last season. What changes from defenses have you seen this year compared to previous years leads you to believe it's been 'figured out'?

Talk in details and specifics or shut the öööö up.

Okay, now I'm actually convinced that this is a troll. Nobody could actually believe that after 30 years of running the same öööö plays, the offense has been "figured out" rather than performing poorly due to injuries, youth, and/or poor position coaching.

Coaches should have recruited more players able to play those positions. AB blocking is not hard, just takes coaching.

Until we get enough flexible OL...OTs that can scoop block on the back side, cut block in space and on the edge, and get around the 5 technique, even Sewak won't be able to coach them up to last year's OL.

Les Miles figured it out & so has Bud Foster, but if we execute, we can beat any of the factories.

So there, big cry that beej67, you sadist mf selfish SOB.

LSU figured it out? LOL...that was Year 1 under CPJ and we had a converted walk on TE starting at tackle. And we lost Andrew Gardnener to injury at the other tackle position. Also, LSU had an NFL defensive line...so did Iowa in next year's bowl game. Adrian Claiborne (best player on Falcons DL) absolutely destroyed us.

I don't get how people can't see all the injuries and just ride out the season. Everyone on and around the team is trying their damnedest I am sure. Half the öööö team is some sort of ööööed up.

This season is an anomaly, not the norm.

I think we still make a bowl.

öööö Beamer and VT.
öööö whoever and UM.
öööö Richt and UGA.

öööö 'em all, they are all in their own öööö storms.
