I’m sure he’s formulating more sec excuses (USC, Michigan and Illinois beating up on his new love sec) for the Rose Bowl pregame. And USC and Michigan were both extremely depleted on offense.

USC was 2-0 against the upper level mighty sec this year en route to 7-6. Enough said.

If ASU and ND win, or 1/2 lose tomorrow, even Finebaum admitted tonight the sec narrative would officially have blown up in his face.
