Sewak was one of the favorite whipping boys around here to blame problems on. Was that deserved? If so, why did he get to stay?

The biggest weakness of this staff is that there are no weak links.

1. I know what most of Stingtalk thinks, I wanted to hear what JFL's perspective is. He's got a little better info than the rest of us.
2. Seems like Shaq is an argument for Sewak, not against.

He had the OL block the way the CPJ wanted them to block. CPJ changed defensive coordinators every few years but stuck by Sewak the whole way. The scheme wasn't designed to yield superb pass blocking, and it didn't.
