Brent Key Rado Show

Sorry if this is a dumb question but is the show archived anywhere? Slow day at the office so want to listen.

Key sounds like a pretty direct communicator. That was clearly a dig at his predecessor. As were the comments about practicing like you play and mental discipline. He’s making pretty clear a few things he wants to change soon.
I hope that's the case.

It makes me wonder too - he must have really loved what he was doing to have stayed working for an idiot.

I wonder how much of my excitement is iCBK actually instilling confidence, and how much is just reacting to normal coachisms after 3 years of Clown Shoes and 11 Years of PJ arrogantly trolling reporters.

Although as an arrogant, dismissive engineer myself I do appreciate PJ's style...

A week ago, I did not consider Brent Key as a viable head coach option. His actions so far are making me reconsider.

Lets see how the season plays out. I believe he would be more open to a shorter, incentive laden contract than the other options we may have.

Culture matters a lot in an org. A bad culture can ruin good teams. When a bad culture is from the top things are even worse. I've been pretty hard on Key, but perhaps the issue with the OL was bigger than Key. He's got a trial run to convince us and i think most of us aren't.
