maybe you guys can figure it out and quit thinking that we are somehow deficient. your insecurity complexes are more the wrong shade than the uniform differences

Any combination of gold pants, white shirts and gold hats is fine with me. But I learned something this past season. Uniform colors aren't so important, as long as we win. I enjoyed winning the Orange Bowl in blue just as much as I would have in white. Still, I like the traditional uniforms best.

Y'all couldn't agree on whether a dress was white or blue now you're arguing about the correct shade of gold?

Because that's fine, this stuff would have pissed me off if we had a different record at the end of the season. Argue away.

Vegas gold (or Braine-less beige) is the wrong shade of gold. I'd rather not go back to dressing like we can't win more than seven games a season.

We should go with the following:

Current throwbacks plus gold helmets for away games.
New uniforms with the white chickenwire helmet for a few home games like whiteout night.
2007 throwback as our color jersey when we can't wear white.

head to toe 2008 mustard gold. /thread

HEAD TO TOE

I want to look like a french fry

Just no more chicken wire on the lids please. Don't much care about everything else.

I actually think the chickenwire gets a bad rap from the bubblewrap uniform disaster. The chickencomb doesn't look bad and virtually disappears at a distance. I like them, although I prefer a switch out to the Bud Carson / 2007 throwback white helmets.
