MLB players generally improve physically until age 27 and peak from 27 to 30. It's not a stretch to assume NFL kickers have a similar progression.

That's funny because I remember at 27 saying to myself that I was starting to feel different, physically.

I was sitting at the opposite end of the stadium with Flunkout and a couple other guys. We weren't sure it went in until we saw the GT ball boys celebrating. It was literally the four of us in a sea of red.

if we would have just run the ball, we'd still be cleaning confetti off of peachtree. but we didn't run the ball. we didn't stop a 2 point conversion. we couldn't drive into field goal range with a MVP QB with 57 seconds left.

Bruh, just because he won an MVP doesn't mean he's an MVP level QB. I mean Cam Newton has an MVP. Game managers gonna game manage.

That was so long ago I honestly don't remember but the moment occurred on a softball field one Sunday morning in the "Restaurant League" put on by a bunch of bars in Buckhead before Ray Lewis came to town and turned the whole scene upsidedown.
