People ought to remember that 57 yarder the Rams guy kicked, might still be going if they didn't have that net, was WAY up the goalposts and would have hit the post if there was only one post in the middle.

I don't think they care too much about that, they just want good games. Everyone's going to watch the Super Bowl regardless, and the Chiefs with Mahomes or the Saints with Brees would have both had plenty of storylines.

The two ageless wonders of Brees and Brady going at each other in a shootout would have been great. So will Belichick and Brady versus the two young wiz kids.

The NFL really couldn't lose tonight.
