BYU v Navy

A lot of memories, especially the 2015, 2017, and 2018 seasons: No one blocking on the perimeter, QB not making good decisions, and o-line play atrocious. Very frustrating to watch. I feel Navy fan's pain. BYU is a tough opponent to open up with, we should know.

anyone remember when BYU kicked our ass just like this? good times. glad that öööööööööööö is gone.
I invited my best friend from HS to that game - hadn't seen since the 70s - told him to pick any home game that year. BYU just steamrolled us - took the crowd completely out of the game. That was a looooooooooong three hours.

I had completely blocked it from my mind that we played Minnesota.

You know, come to think of it, we really needed a change.
Aside from a few other bowl games...that one may be the most forgettable.

The Tenuta bowl game was pretty awful too.

Mac’s seattle bowl spanking Ty W was pretty epic.

I’ve been to most of our bowls since the mid-90s, and it seems like I mostly missed the good ones:
- Sun Bowl win over USC
- Seattle Bowl win (Stanford?)
- Boise Bowl win (Tulsa?)

At least I missed the Silicon Valley Football Classic abomination, but I also had to watch a lot of really frustrating, terrible games (Fresno State, Utah, Air Force, Minnesota...). Seems like we had a stretch where we maybe got screwed a little in the bowl selection and elected to not show up against less interesting opponents (when we weren’t getting kilt by LSU or Iowa or whatever).
