I really can't see how he could in his 1st start in div1a college football, but stranger things have happened. He's quite an athlete who has had far more problems getting a chance at FSU (because of NCAA) than anyone in recent memory.
FSU has moved RFr Matt Henshaw back to QB to back up Walker. Henshaw came in as a QB & RSed, but in fall practice this past Aug was moved to TE for the season as it didn't look like there was any need for him to continue @ QB with Rix, McPherson & Walker set to be ahead of him.

No. Not because of talent but simply experience as you point out. This one could get ugly unless fsu manages to hang around until the 4th and then anything can happen. THWG
 
Now starting DT Darnell Dockett has been suspended for violating unspecified team rules & will not play in the Sugar Bowl. Spokesmen went to great lengths to point out it is not related to any investigation around the McPherson fiasco.
