the only problem with this team is the mediocre head coach...

TB played a very good second half. But he didn't do well at all in the first. Has he arrived? Has the proverbial light gone on? We'll see starting next week.

exactly too early to tell this. With gailey's decision making and playcalling it shows he has no confidence in his QBs; no wonder they in turn play like they have no confidence.

bottom line...you can't anoint TB after this game considering the whole year. is he improving maybe, will we ever know...nope, b/c of Chan.

The linear regression of TB's ability has had a positive slope since the ND game. If Bell's kick was a few feet to the left, we would have anointed him savior of this program.

Taylor has not played with great confidence this season, up through the first half at Md. I have joined others in questioning him as a 1st string QB. But, he came alive in the 2nd half Saturday and gave us a chance to win.

The two people who matter the most who do not trust TB are Gailey and Bond. He had thrown some beautiful passes to keep drives alive. But, with the game on the line they had no confidence to let him take a shot at the end zone or throw a short range pass to pick up another first down. A QB and fans will be unlikely to have confidence if the head coach and OC have no confidence in the young man.

Of course, there's another TB whom Gailey seems to trust to the ultimate. Then again, he still has never hit a game-winning field goal. You'd think a HC whose entire strategy was to be close enough to win (or lose) games at the end, would have the best placekicker (and field goal blocker) in the country on his squad.
