Maybe FSU soon?I wonder how many other CFB fan boards have a thread with over 2700 posts dedicated to a coach they didn't hire.

The Boise State RB better win Heisman over Hunter ..
I think those SOS metrics are for remaining schedule, not overallUpdated 11/17:

- According to College Football Network, Colorado's updated strength of schedule ranks as 68th toughest in the country.
- Colorado has the inside track to the BIG12 championship vs either Iowa State, BYU, or Arizona State.
- If Colorado wins out including the BIG12 championship, they are in the CFP.
For comparison here is Georgia Tech
Florida St 1-9
Georgia St 2-8

I'm surprised how well this year had gone. We'll see how next year goes with the exodus of NFL talent.
Colorado has been flipping commits lately. And looks to be landing the next QB. USC more or less did a 5* QB swap today with Lewis (who had been committed to USC since August 2023) trending to Colorado, USC flipped 5* TAMU QB Longstreet. This sets the stage for Lewis to pick Colorado over uga (who is reportedly throwing a very large NIL package at him). There could very easily be an exodus of coaching talent at this point too. If Deion has any designs on coaching at a higher level program there won't be any better time to go for it than after this season.

Colorado has also flipped 3 4*’s in addition to the pending 5* commit of Lewis. They are trending for 5 other players. For as much as I thought Deion was leaving with his sons and Hunter, Colorado is trending to land an 18 signee early H.S. class in December. I’m sure they will be very active in the December Portal. All indicators point towards Deion being at Colorado in 2025.
Of course. Players could leave Colorado and or sign with FSU via the Portal. Happened at Alabama when Saban retired. With the transfer portal, does the recruiting situation matter all that much?
Let's say FSU cobbled together the money somehow to poach Deion -- couldn't he take all of those commits with him and they could play immediately?
Colorado should easily win their next 2 games. I could see them in the playoffs, not because they are one of the 12 best teams; but because it would turn on TV's. If they end up in the playoffs, my guess is they would play an SEC team.
Hunter is virtually a lock for the Heisman. When was the last time we saw a player go both ways, and do both at a high level?
Sounds like someone has changed their tune congratulationsOf course. Players could leave Colorado and or sign with FSU via the Portal. Happened at Alabama when Saban retired.
But FSU doesn’t have $64+ million to say goodbye to Norvell and the pay for Deion’s buyout + coaching staff. Norvell isn’t going to be let go for what is obviously an awful 2-10 year. He’ll get at least 1 year to try and turn it around. This would drop the buyout to roughly $55 million after the 2025 season. Not sure if FSU can even afford that buyout. Reality is, he’s probably at FSU until at least 2027.
He is hands down the best NCAA player in the country. I really don't know how anybody can believe differently.
Maybe Cam Ward would?
I didn’t know people used the term kickstand anymore. I’m glad a term from my childhood bike riding days is still around.Deion dismisses speculation: 'Kickstand down'
Amid speculation he might be primed to move elsewhere after this season, Colorado's Deion Sanders said he's got "a kickstand down" and the Buffs "ain't going nowhere."www.espn.com
Yep!Just landed Julian Juju Johnson from Carrollton as his next QB. Sounds like he isn't planning to go anywhere. Certainly some story lines for the opening game next year.
