Worst MNC In History?

Reminds me of a remark by John Dewberry when we were struggling during his sophomore year. He said, or WTTE, that "we must be the best 3-7 team in the country". I think it was out of frustration over some close losses. But my point is, I would rather be the worst 9-1 (or MNC) team in the country than the best team with a losing record.
