CFP hearts SEC

So, what are some good regular season games left among the top teams in playoff race?

Michigan-Ohio State
Alabama-LSU
Alabama-Auburn

Not too many...

LSU's remaining schedule is nuts:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Texas A&M

Why? Everybody in the country knows that if Washington wins out they're in. I'm sure every TAMU fan knows this as well. Undefeated P5 champ only gets left out if there's 4 other undefeated P5 champs. Period.

Butthurt is not always logical.

Baylor/WVU/Oklahoma all still play each other. If one of those teams wins out they'll be in the discussion. OU has the toughest argument with already having 2 losses. But a 1-loss WVU or Baylor as conference champ would likely end up ahead of any 1-loss non-champ (TAMU/UL/Mich/etc). They're after thoughts right now - which they should be, but my guess is one of the Big 12 teams finishes at least Top 6.

It's sad that we're gonna knock two ACC teams off of top 25 in the next two weeks and then knock another out of the playoff spot. Oh well..

10-3 GT Team ends up in the Top 20, so I don't feel so bad.

Hypothetical 10-3 GT conference champ after knocking off #3 Clemson is Top 10 easy. 7-3 GT after winning @UNC/VT would already be Top 20.

I don't think so, but I'd like to be proven wrong.

I think we could end up being an unranked 10-3 team depending on how we win them. Lofty dreams, I have.

We were 10-3 and ranked 12 before playing Miss State in orange bowl in 2014. So I'd say top 15.

Seems like the only way to solve this is for the team to go 10-3 then bump this. Someone send JT5 a text.

We might. If we win them all like last week we could stay under the radar until week 15.

I think the committee is keeping Baylor as far from the top four as they can. That is a toxic situation.

Until proven otherwise, I have faith that "the system" will work. LSU/Bama rematch was the reason we have this system, and I'm sure they haven't forgotten it either.

As devils advocate, where are we if Clemson, Alabama, Washington and Michigan all lose? I hope this happens somehow and Louisville can sneak back in. As much as I would hate for Petrino to have a swing and the playoffs, Clemson reminds me too much of FSU 2014. I think they get boat-raced in the first round if they play anyone except Washington.
