Lol, thanks for playing, Cincy. #6.
Oklahoma is 8th. Wake is 9th

I applaud them for not putting Cincy in the top 4, but they shouldn’t have put them in the top 10.

I wonder how high Wake can get as unbeaten ACC champ. Still a long way tho...

Alternatively, I also wouldn’t be surprised to see them win out. They really need to keep blasting teams to get any respect though.
It will be a shootout against UNC. NC State will be tough and Clemson plays good defense/horrible offense. If Wake wins out and wins the ACC, they deserve to be in.

Its the SEC's world. The rest of us just live in it.
All SEX ( edit:I mistyped and meant SEC, but I like the error so it stays) schools in playoffs + a team like Charleston Southern for each team to warm up on....

Speaking of which, UGAg gets Charleston Southern at home the week before playing us while we play ND away.

UGA will be printing tshirts with this first ranking on them ...

I think Cinci should be in the top 4 - show me a team with a better road win than their road win at Notre Dame, Oregon has one at Ohio State but they have lost a game. UGA Cinci Bama and Oklahoma would be my top 4 but Oregon would be #5 and trending - without a loss they would replace Bama. Oklahoma I struggle with - undefeated but no great win. More games may straighten out a difficult pick.
I really would like to see 8 teams with 5 (4?) major conference champions and one non-big 5(4?) assured of being in without rankings playing a part. I think it would add to the appeal of every region represented and add to fairness. Who says a conference champ is not as good as an sec 2nd place team? It's conjecture. It's also conjecture that best non-power 5 team can't play with power 5 team. Cinci is a good team and deserves a chance.

You have a great point. Is there a typical bye week for Tech during the season? Is it the same time or before the same opponent each season?

Typically UGA has off week before Florida. That’s a tough back to back ND then UGA with no off week between.

We can only hope Charleston Southern decides to beat up on UGAg's starters.
