I like the cut of your jiveCut blocks and alligator tackles. Put brass knuckles in their gloves. Hide syringes of covid in their uniforms.

Lost to Stanford.Oregon in the 4? Ridiculous.
Hypothetically speaking of course should a undefeated Clemson and a one loss GT (Conference championship game loss) make the playoffs? It comes down a different interpretation of what qualifies a team to be in contention for the championship. In my opinion, Bama, Oregon, and OSU have no business in the playoffs as long as there are undefeated teams out there. Is Bama “better” than Wake Forest? Sure. But they lost, so öööö em. Also, if you can’t be the best in your conference, you should have zero shot at a title when only 4 teams get selected. I’d much rather see a Cincy than end up with 2 teams from the same conference.
But apparently the committee disagrees, because we see the same öööö year after year.

I don’t like this take. Conferences have varying levels of strength. I’m perfectly OK with taking conference champs with more losses over other conference champs. It comes down a different interpretation of what qualifies a team to be in contention for the championship.
