CGC Radio Show

It does make you wonder. Radio station blunders, terrible decisions from the top down, at least a DECADE of no mics during pressers to hear questions, having seemingly half of our games on Bally sports that are blacked out in the southeast region, on and on. One word comes to mind- *pathetic*

It’s embarrassing. Being a tech fan is unreal lol
The games are not blacked out on Bally.. it's the same network that runs the braves games.. they are blacked out on ESPN.. I won't deny our PR group (or lack thereof) is abysmal

The GT app was playing the Braves game instead of broadcasting an update from our HC? Wow… only at Georgia Tech!

I’m in Augusta and I’ve been blacked out of several games that were on Bally.

But yea. Abysmal. In multiple areas

Was the game broadcast on local ota tv? In prior years some games were broadcast on local RSN and blacked out on Bally if you lived somewhere the game was on the ota channel. That has happened in the past but I don't remember it happening last year.

I’m not entirely sure. It just made no sense why I wouldn’t be able to watch it when Atlanta is 2 hours away. I miss the days of basic effing cable. Somehow, somehow, we were able to broadcast every college game without a million networks and streaming services

I wonder how this dude is progressing in the real world - my only point of reference was attending a sales meeting in Dallas early 80's and the motivational tool that the sales manager came up with was to bang on the walls of the conference room to let the other groups know how motivated we were. He was gone 6 months later and not to Zig Ziglars organization.

I met him just before he graduated. Nice guy, still overly energetic. Got his PhD at the Georgia Tech of the North. Donated a kidney to a stranger in Florida. Currently building solar mini grids in Nigeria and Kenya.

Sounds about right.
