Chadwell just got obliterated by James Madison

All of this emotional swinging back and forth is ridiculous. Chadwell was 31-4 over the past 3 years as of yesterday, and now he’s 31-5. Still an incredibly impressive resume, worthy of a P5 HC job. One single game does nothing whatsoever to change that.

Starting QBs don't have a thing to do with the D giving up 47. Also, they should have been able to roll someone out there and score more than 7 with that brilliant scheme.

I'm just not overly impressed by Chadwell's record. In 4 full seasons he's beaten 8 FBS teams with winning records, a 6-4 GA St and a 6-5 App St included. That just seems pretty weak to me. I'll support him if he's hired, but I have a bad feeling about him not being able to scale his O to a P5 program.

I didn’t watch the game or know how it went down. And I haven’t watched or kept up with CC. But bad QB play can absolutely lead to giving up a ton of points. If you doubt this fact let me pose a question to you. How many points does a team give up when the QB throws a pick 6? And that’s just one simple example.

Have you looked at who he beat? Do that and come back. The HC at Buford HS has a better record than him, but I don't want him at Tech. CJC has won a lot of games at a lower level, but just got utterly demolished by the only real competition he has in his own conference.
 
Chadwell's secondary has issues for sure. This game played out like the other they lost this year... very flat performance.
 
Point made about defense of CC.... Chadwell better leave that garbage there and beg Thacker to takeover the ACC with him!!!! If not dont need him

The simple fact is Curt Cignetti is the best coach in the SunBelt right now. His only flaw is he is older at 61. JMU is about to start dominating that conference and already should be playing for the Title game if not for being banned this season.
