Temple vs #19 Navy - 12PM on ABC
#12 Oklahoma State at #8 Oklahoma - 12:30PM on FOX
Baylor vs #14 West Virginia - 3:30PM on FS1
#1 Alabama vs #18 Florida - 4PM on CBS
#3 Clemson vs #17 Virginia Tech - 8PM on ABC
#6 Wisconsin vs #7 Penn State - 8PM on FOX

Georgia State and Southern are also in action today. The Panthers play Idaho at 5PM and the Eagles get Troy at noon on ESPN2.

So which games are you most looking forward to, and which is the best opportunity for chaos to reign?

I honestly am not that excited for most of them except Clemson/VT (which could still be a blowout), but Penn State and Navy winning could cause ultimate chaos. I want that to happen. Naturally I want Florida to beat Bama as well, just because öööö Bama.

Nate Silver's model has Alabama out (not in Top 4) with a loss and no SEC teams in the playoff. That would be epic. I don't know how it could happen, but I hope it does.

Rooting for Penn State and Clemson so Ohio State butthurt ensues. I find it hard to believe they'll put Ohio State in over someone who beat them and won the conference championship.

Not sure why anyone would listen to Silver after his pitiful 'models' during the election cycle.

Washington winning last night puts a stop to mass chaos being able to happen. At this point the only chaos is if VT can beat Clemson then the B1G likely gets two teams in. I hope Navy wins. The Bedlam game is meaningless. If Penn State wins I would have them in over Ohio State. I wouldn't have Wisconsin in even if they win. SEC championship game is meaningless as well. Bama is in.

See, I've heard people say this but I don't buy it. Here's why:

1) Penn State > Ohio State due to head-to-head AND conference championship
2) Wisconsin > Penn State due to same record but Badgers strength of schedule was vastly superior, plus both Badgers losses were by 1 score to top 5 teams in close games while PSU got destroyed by Michigan and lost to Pitt

So if a Penn State victory gets them in, a Wisconsin victory should definitely get them in, right? But Ohio State beat them...

So we get OSU>Wisc>PSU>OSU

This is why head-to-head really shouldn't matter at all, IMO.

Only way I could see that happening is if they really, really value conference championships. But even then, does OSU over Bama make sense?

Nothing interesting before 8:00

And I'm already nervous that the playoff voting is going to turn into the Heisman voting. While I won't be surprised if Ohio St gets in over Washington, I will be very disappointed.

Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State for the conference title is interesting, even if not for the conference title.
If Oklahoma State wins, in addition to Penn State and Clemson, that means Pitt will have played 3 of the 5 Power conference champions, beating 2 of them and nearly all 3.

1, 2 , 3 fo five...the florida gator don't take no jive

If you leave Bama out then you would also have to leave Ohio State out. Can't have it one way and not the other.

Eh, it's the last real college football Saturday of the year, I guess I don't care much about "interesting." Even still, I am interested in all the games except maybe Baylor/WVU. I'd love to see the Pokes, Clemson and Florida win today.

Florida could win by 70 points and Alabama would still be in. I don't think there is any chance of the playoff picture changing today.

Alabama
tOSU
Clemson
Washington

The only team that even has a chance to drop out is Clemson. Alabama could shuffle the order, but they aren't leaving the picture.

Good place to go watch the games from Acworth down to Atlanta? Kennesaw? Marietta? Somewhere off 285 on the north side?

I just want CU to win. Good for ACC.

Do not care about Big whatever, Big12 (although want Spencer's D to do well), or PAC. Would not mind bama winning, even though no love for them.

Just do not want a chance of arrogant, elitists azzwipes, Yankees getting more teams in CFP.

Screw Navy. The worship of navy here is asinine.

Wow. Hating on Navy. Our next HC after CPJ retires may be coaching there right now
