Collins Hill stays perfect, nips North Forsyth

The Eagles are carried by Charles Perkins, one of the nation’s top tailbacks. Perkins, who committed to Georgia Tech, had 33 carries for 204 yards and two touchdowns against North Forsyth.
“Charles has [1,003 yards rushing in five games], which is incredible with the competition we play,” Wells said. “If he’s not the best running back in the state, then he’s around the top.”

I thought NF would have a chance against CH this season --and our guys needed this win to get an inside track to a playoff berth. It was a close game and Perkins was certainly the difference, particularly after NF knocked the CH QB out of the game in the first half --Perkins just took over their offense.
CH controlled the clock midway through the third through the final 4 minutes of the game, when NF had a long run and got inside the CH 35, but could do nothing afterwards. NF has a pretty good defense, but CH controlled the clock with Perkins --he picked up several first downs with runs anywhere from 5 to 15 yards right up the middle.
Perkins is quick and he's strong --look forward to seeing him in a Yellow Jacket uniform next year.
