Don't know if this was posted somewhere else or everybody knows about it already, but he's starting against Pittsburgh today.

Is it just me or is Aikman extremely hesitant to say anything good about Choice?

He looks pretty damn good for his first career start being in Pittsburgh in December

"Transferred to Georgia Tech to have a chance to play.."

I'm pretty sure he transferred because of a sick family member, correct?

And I think Aikman was just complimenting Choice, so I stand corrected. Also, Romo is playing like garbage.

Yes Choice's mother, who lived in an Atlanta suburb, broke her foot and needed work around the house, although I would be naive to say Adrian Peterson wasn't a factor.

I also used to be a diehard Cowboys fan and Aikman HATED Gailey. I don't if that's coloring his commentary or not.

TC has got some good cut blocks in the backfield and I don't know who it was but a Pitt LB caught on and tried to jump over him but Choice stood up and pushed him back leaving plenty of time for Romo to throw another bad pass. He's gotten a couple of good carries and catches in, but he has tripped up a couple of times where he could have gotten a first down. Overall he looks like he could be a bit nervous or he just is having a hard time with that field/weather.

Well, Choice looks like Walter Peyton compared with the rest of Dallas' offense today.

I doubt he would have seen many carries behind AP.

Yeah he would have only gotten a entire season his senior year, half the year his junior year (Peterson broken collar bone) and 5 games his sophomore year (Peterson high ankle sprain).

So all in all, he got about 4-5 more starts at Tech than he would have gotten at Oklahoma. This of course assuming he would have still been the best player on the OU team last year and 2nd best behind Peterson his sophomore and Junior year.

edit: who the crap is romo throwing to in this game? Half of his passes aren't within 10 yards of any of his guys.

He's breaking a couple of big runs and he had a vicious block on a LB on the completion to the TE just a second ago. They're fawning all over him now.

Watching him do well in his very first NFL start just pisss me off.

I mean, how in the hell did we not do any better with TC and Calving freakin' Johnson on the same team!? Gooodness, GAILEY was such a fargin loser!!!!!

Remember, if we had done just a little better, Gailey might still be here. That should put you at ease.

QB play and poor coaching.
