OL has me worried ööööless.
Wow, not an upperclassman in the bunch. I actually had to check the roster to see who's missing. Only two upperclassmen OL that I can see. I know one of them got playing time last year. Let's hope it's a good sign all the redshirt freshmen beat him out.
 
Still rocking "Effort Based" I see, wtf that means
To me, “effort based” is associated with other phrases used by Collins, such as “praise.” Effort should be a given on any team. I’d prefer a “skill based” team but that’s just me.
 
It's hard to judge actual experience (and youth) by class listing with the COVID year. This is Williams' third year in the program and he's listed as a true sophomore, for one.

That’s the issue though. Effort isn’t a given, and it definitely isn’t equally given. That’s why you have walk-ons winning scholarships. Their skill isn’t as high as others, but their level of effort propels their worth all over those with higher skill.

Keep in mind a redshirt sophomore is a 4th year player
