Looks like a new controversy, the biggest since the advent of the “Woo Hoo,” is rocking the Clemson campus. Perhaps this distraction will give us the edge needed to pull off the upset.

Some younger Clemson fans hold up a paw hand gesture, and other Clemson fans hate it. It's likened to what some consider the lamentable "woo-hoo."

FWIW, I’ve never liked adding “Go Georgia Tech” to Budweiser - it turns a random and sort of absurd thing into just another cheer.

But I do enjoy the addition of “drink” (and later, “get naked”) to the end of the fight song.

I’m disappointed that we no longer introduce Buzz and have him flip and hit the goal post. Buzz went from appearing on ESPN commercials and being a fixture in those “top mascot” contests to a non-entity in our own stadium, which is some bullshit.

+1 except the "Go Georgia Tech" has grown on me since it gets more participation from the crowd than pretty much any other cheer, for some reason. Anything that gets everyone loud and doing the same thing in our stadium gets a thumbs up from me.

True enough. And I’ve been known to participate occasionally when the spirit moves me, but I usually just keep it traditional.
