why couldn't we have played this clemson team this week?
They looked like they will be very vulnerable to a lot of the things we like to do on offense. And their offense without Bryant at QB was pretty bad.

They should’ve run the receivers 30 yards further downfield every play to catch the moon shots the qb was throwing.
 
Tech has the hardest schedule going forward--but it's looking more manageable for you guys than ever, if the offense and defense both continue the way they've looked after the UT game. FPI had Duke favored over Tech at one point. Nope. All the games are tough, but GT has an opportunity. What I noticed was that when it was clear Clemson' O had no answers, their supposedly elite defense didn't step up at all. Just tell Paul Johnson, throw a lot of passes. He loves it.

I was thinking that same thing initially, but thankfully it also seemed that the dive play was effective as well (from shotgun!). They’ll be rested and focused. I think the game hinges on Kelly. I hope he’s ok, but our chances are better if he’s not 100%
 
Even though I'm pissed Clemson lost to Syracuse first before losing to us, they looked way too bad to run the table this season. Their kicker looked terrible. Offense looked mediocre. I get not being up for the game, but come on.

The offense with Bryant at QB didn't look that good either. I know Bryant was nursing an ankle; but he looked like he didn't want to be there and was only giving a half hearted effort to me.
