It made me think of guys like Bobby Bowden or Paterno, later in their careers, being particularly gracious after a loss. But those guys had done a little more than a single Natty, they were active, living legends - it actually meant something. With Dabo this seems so over the top and hollow that I agree with you. Why does Dino Babers need Dabo Swinney's (lol) acknowledgment or approval? He just beat him. That's actually condescending as öööö. If that were Alabama or Florida State or any other team he had respect for, you can be sure Swinney wouldn't be traipsing over to the visitor's locker room to pat them on the head and tell them how well they played.
If I were a Syracuse player, I'd be pissed.
"I'm so heartbroken for you."Surely, the Syracuse coach went to Clemson's locker room to praise the losers.

Nah, that is way over thinking it. Maybe a little self serving. That's actually condescending as öööö. I'm the guy saying they're wrong. Who the öööö are you?The responses ITT are embarrassing, full of the empty braggadocio of the rotten streets, the tit-for-tat one-ups-manship of the schoolyard basketball court, the juvenile insistence that everything be seen through the lens of ME.
If the Syracuse players thought it was a classy move, who are you to be saying they're wrong?
My problem is I just would have gone for it anyway and trusted my defense if i didn't get it - even though it was a bit longer yardageWhat was the deal with the fake punt? Based in Dabo's reaction did the kicker make an executive decision?

Boom goes the dynamite.Meh. Blow me.
I'm the guy saying you are wrong. (This is fun. I haven't felt like this since I was on the schoolyard basketball court.)I'm the guy saying they're wrong. Who the öööö are you?
You know, I've never seen even a single episode of that show, though a lot of people said it was great. Too liberal for me, I guess.

Ah, that's right. I forgot. That's a little more understandable.Clemson lost their scholarship kicker for the season a few weeks ago. I never understand why most teams only have one kicker on scholarship?
