Clemsoning...

That's actually condescending as öööö. If that were Alabama or Florida State or any other team he had respect for, you can be sure Swinney wouldn't be traipsing over to the visitor's locker room to pat them on the head and tell them how well they played.

If I were a Syracuse player, I'd be pissed.
It made me think of guys like Bobby Bowden or Paterno, later in their careers, being particularly gracious after a loss. But those guys had done a little more than a single Natty, they were active, living legends - it actually meant something. With Dabo this seems so over the top and hollow that I agree with you. Why does Dino Babers need Dabo Swinney's (lol) acknowledgment or approval? He just beat him.

Dabo wasn't really the story of Syracuse upsetting #2 Clemson, but he figured out a way to force people to pay attention to him anyway.

edit: "I'm so happy for you." Think about being told that by the guy you just beat in a massive upset while you're trying to celebrate.

Surely, the Syracuse coach went to Clemson's locker room to praise the losers.

The responses ITT are embarrassing, full of the empty braggadocio of the rotten streets, the tit-for-tat one-ups-manship of the schoolyard basketball court, the juvenile insistence that everything be seen through the lens of ME.

If the Syracuse players thought it was a classy move, who are you to be saying they're wrong?

Nah, that is way over thinking it. Maybe a little self serving.

I'm the guy saying they're wrong. Who the öööö are you?

What was the deal with the fake punt? Based in Dabo's reaction did the kicker make an executive decision?
My problem is I just would have gone for it anyway and trusted my defense if i didn't get it - even though it was a bit longer yardage

Meh. Blow me.

Woke up this morning, couldn't believe they out Clemson-ed themselves. Unbelievable.

You guys are wrong.
