Clowney

He should be able to go to the draft this year. This man does not belong in college football.

Here's a longer clip that includes him palming the fumble afterward.

Clowney makes some of the best plays I have ever seen. He also takes some time off while out on the field and sometimes takes some ridiculous rush routes that take him out of the play. If he could stay focused and play harder for more plays, he really could win the Heisman next season.

Didn't see any freshmen either until this season. It's possible. Unlikely, but possible.

Loved seeing Michigan get dumped ....... it just seems so right...!

Respectfully disagree. I believe it has to at least touch the stick, but I could be wrong.

Link to a rule?

I'm just guessing, but I'm pretty sure that they use a ten yard chain. It can then be attached to the posts in a variety of ways.

On the replay, it was pretty clear that the official was looking at the front tip of the ball relative to a square link that was a couple inches off the post. Other posts might link to the chain more directly.

The Heisman does seem to be slowly breaking the standard of best QB/RB on a team playing for the national title. Tebow, RG3 and Manziel were all teams not in the national title picture. If they really want to be the best player in national football, Clowney should be the front-runner for next year.

If Suh didn't win it in '09, then it would take a video game type season for Clowney to win the award.

all QBs. if anyone thinks a DE is gonna win the Heisman they havent studied the list enough. QB or RB or occasional super WR and like one special D player that also played O and ran back kicks

that is it

one defensive player (that also did things to gain yards and score, like return kicks and occasional play at WR)
