You must be kidding. He has not even gone to a "crappy" bowl the past two years...and until this year we have OWNED Friedgen at Maryland...and they were lucky this year.

I think they were flash in the pan early with Friedgen from emotion....then you have to sustain which he cannot do....it is not his style.

Will you define the term "owned" with regard to Fridge at MD?

He beat the dumb one in 01, beat gailey in 02, Gailey beat him in 03, 04 and 06. He beat CG in 07.

He is 3-3 vs. the Jackets in 6 tries. Have we "owned" him?

In addition, Maryland went to the Champs Sports Bowl last year, had a better record than us last year, and has a better record over Gailey's tenure.

Yes, but you said Maryland had not been to a bowl game in 2 years which was factually wrong. I would also say that Orange, Gator, Peach, and Champs with a 3-1 record trumps Silicon Valley, Humanitarian, Champs, Emerald Nut, and Gator with a 2-3 record.
