Coastal Chaos?

It's a meat grinder schedule in the toughest division of the toughest conference in college football. This makes Duke a quality loss, so I'm surprised we dropped out of the rankings. It must be the pollsters don't actually want the best four teams in the playoffs. After watching the film on Notre Dame, the only reason I see we lost that game was because we were looking ahead to Duke and the gauntlet that is the ACC Coastal. Man for man against Duke, we passed the eye test. Duke's Cash had a heckuva day, be he is not uncommon for top ACC athletes. We win 9 out of 10 times.

You have to look at the body of work. Factors such as game control, the eye test, and resiliency need to be considered. I know it's early in the season, but, based on the body of work, my "who's in" list is as follows:

1. Notre Dame
2. Clemson
3. FSU
4. Duke

Dark horse contender Ole Miss has a Clemson third stringer for QB and LSU hasn't played anyone yet.
