I love the way he has approached the program. He understands the extreme importance of recruiting, marketing, PR, social media, and all of these other things that have been ignored for years. What he is doing is creating a level of buzz around Georgia Tech that I haven't seen since O'Leary was beating UGA 3iar.
The next thing he (and his staff) have to demonstrate is improvement on game days. I will be very patient, because I understand the need for substantial roster reconstructions. That said, in the end he must build a winner. I think increasing the overall talent level of the program is step one in that process. Which he clearly is doing.
