Collins sold his house in August…

I won't dox him but...

Bought first house in 2019 for $2.95M
Sold first house in 2022 for $3.39M
Bought second house in 2022 for $3.975M
Geoff shows an awareness of the real estate market and cashed in. Good for him. The vast majority of Americans will never sniff such heights.

Obviously, he has a financial advisor who has coached him to maximize the scam he is in on and profit from the misery he has cost every step of the way. Note he, like a politician on the government tit, has an elevated view of himself and requires a big ass spread to feel good. Hey, maybe his next gig he could be one of those Jim Bakker type tv preachers and get a Gulfstream - at this rate he is on track for one.

I am sure there is a good high school in north Atlanta that would love to have his "services". Westminster or Lovett hiring?

I'd prefer a HS in CA. I don't want to take the chance of my tax dollars going to a school for a guy that would take 3 years to figure out he's been cutting turf.

Looking at G****'s living situation is enough to turn me into Bernie Sanders. Time to redistribute the (football) wealth. Frankly, Karl Marx would make a better coach

Ugh. Maybe. I’d like to think that this degree of all-time badness and self-beclowning would make him radioactive for any self-respecting program for a while.

If he does get a job, then may god grant that a resurgent Tech team beats him so bad he’s fired on that week.

As much as I hate him as our head coach, in trying to look at it somewhat objectively, he has a solid resume as a recruiting coordinator/assistant/DC. Put him as a position coach with a recruiting-intensive role where he's not tasked with important game planning/management responsibilities, and he seems to do fine. I don't think an awful stint as a head coach means he can no longer function as he previously did.

His days as a head coach are all but over, but I would not be surprised if he lands a substantially lesser gig at a fairly high-profile program.

Ah, for the old days. Bobby Dodd lived over in Sherwood Forest, while nice was still modest. But then again he likely spent most time coaching not walking around in empty bedrooms with skinny pants on looking in the mirror like today's millionaire.

This is a total Collins move, buy a more expensive house in a housing market that is trending down assuring he loses money at the end of the year when he has to sell after he's fired .
Isn't that what money....down means? :D He's total net worth is going down until we get stuck giving him millions for even less production

What about the stupid vest over a long sleeve shirt....whoever is helping him dress

Bobby Dodd never really did cash in on his experience here and died a relatively poor man. Geoff has accustomed himself to a very expensive lifestyle that will be hard to scale back once this reaches its inevitable conclusion. Different times, same result.

what a crime that this man can be paid so much to literally crater our program and then gets to live in luxury as a result. There's something wrong with our society.

Not really a crime when you open your wallet and put the cash in the robber's hands. The crime is that we were dumb enough to offer a man without a track record 3 mil/year.
