Doubt it. He apparently will have the talent to win 9-10 games or more regardless of his actual coaching ability (See Mark Richt). He apparently has informed the current team to hit the portal and has already garnered several excellent recruits. Problem is will anyone care about Colorado if everyone just mentions Coach Prime all the time? That is the problem with him...not about the school but all about him. He will definitely have an impact on the W's and L's just due to his ability to draw in talent.

Literally every new coach does the "if you're not here to win you can go home" speech. I bet Brent Key did it too.
