After This Game I pretty much hate anything about the football program or even the state of Colorado. Actually, this makes me hate any state that borders Colorado, any animal in the Buffalo Family, and pretty much any word that features the letters CO together in it because that is the two letter Abbreviation for Colorado. They Choked A Monster Fat One At the End of This Game.

The bright side is that uga seems vulnerable on defense, and they now have the makings of a pretty complicated qb controversy. Too bad. :D
 
One more thing... uga also demonstrated how hard it is to pick up 3rd and short ground yards from the shotgun. They failed too. It's not just our line.

I really hope we try fullback and I back from now on when we absolutely need half a yard.
 
I've got a business trip in Colorado next week. Think it's time to dig out some of my GT t-shirts commemorating the 1990 Nat'l C-ship and pack them for the trip.

Are you saying our OLine's only shortcoming is 3rd and short from the shotgun? Or because UGAg's OLine had trouble on third and short from the shotgun that our OLine is not that bad overall?

I am not saying either of those things. Like nearly everyone else, I see the O line as a very big problem.
My comment was running the slow forward handoff play out of the shotgun in obvious short yardage situations doesn't seem to work, period.
 
Cox is the real deal. I am glad Stafford played poorly, but sorry Cox got his shot. He was terrific in high school. I think he will be terrific. I had hoped he would go unused this year and transfer.
