Conference Championship Weekend

TCU is the only team left in the top 5 to actually cheer for.
i will be rooting for whichever teams have best chance to best chance to beat UGAg. BAMA is at top of that list. i hope they sneak in.

Michigan is good but they lost Blake Corum for the season.

I just mean that, aside from rooting for the end of the darkest year in college football history, TCU is the only one of those programs which is remotely likeable.

Actually, 2000 was the year when my Tech obsession took shape, and while Goose was threading the eye of the tiger and vaporizing a sea of red, LaDainian Tomlinson was running loose all over the WAC. I liked that TCU was like the littlest brother of the big Texas schools, had a weird mascot and weird colors and they were kicking ass and taking names. I want them to beat Georgia and I am prepared to offer them the national title in return.

Please let TCU win. Please, dear Lord, please. The epic pillow fight between OSU / Little 14 Fans and Bama / SEC fans would be the greatest thing to happen in college football since January 1, 1991.

I love Clemson v. UNC totally irrelevant! The ACC sucks ASS.

If TCU loses in the manner in which USC lost then OhioSt and Bama both may get in. OhioSt is already in imo after last night.

If UGA somehow gets blown out, does that knock them out of the top 4?

Nope. Ugag is in no matter what. The committee chair made that clear last week based on body of work. Just like last year they aren't going to drop teams out of the playoffs for losing an extra game against a top 25 opponent while other teams sat at home. Bama is out. They aren't getting in. They needed to be at #5 for any chance. Here's my guess as to how it shakes out.

If Ugag, Michigan, TCU win: 1) ugag 2) Michigan 3) TCU 4) Ohio State

If Ugag & TCU lose yet Mich wins: 1) Mich 2) Ugag 3) Ohio State 4) TCU

If Ugag win, TCU/Mich lose: same set up as first scenario

If Ugag/Mich lose & TCU wins: 1) TCU 2) Ugag 3) Mich 4) Ohio State....

They are going to want to avoid a Mich/Ohio State rematch in semis.....

I'd love to see all the underdogs win today!

I find the last point hilarious (also agree it would be true). The top 4 teams make the playoffs, with your individual team ranking dictating the seeding......until an accurate ranking produces a match-up that's bad for TV then we just set the top 4 however we please.

That USC defense is truly bad

Bama imo is really the only team that could beat uga in the playoffs, Saban’s coaching gives them a chance.

KSU +1.5 v TCU
LSU +17.5 v UGA
UCF-TUL o56.5
CLEM -7.5 v UNC
MICH -16.5 v PUR
