Says the AJC. Spring game is going to look bad again with our o line out.

Most interesting part of the article...

One of the more interesting drills of the day was one between cornerbacks and wide receivers, in which the receivers block the defensive backs away from a fumble.
What the... is this drill for our defensive backs to overcome blocking wide receivers when the opponent fumbles or our wide receivers blocking defensive backs when WE fumble?

I'm really hoping not the latter because I seriously would prefer there be drills to help us NOT fumble.

I see it as preparedness for any situation... As they say, hope for the best but plan for the worst.

Two words: Florida State game.*

* Florida and State are really the same word so it only counts as one.

As for the fumbling situation, PJ knows how to coach. I'm not going to start questioning that, but if I did, it would be something along the lines of why doesn't the receiver fall on the ball instead of block?

As for the injuries, yikes. Please let this be the last injury report.:fingersx:

As for the mangy mutts, piss on 'em.

I'm good with drilling on both.

It's just a blocking drill for the WR's and getting off the block, get to the ball drill for the CB's. God, I hope we're not planning on running between cones during the game.

Exactly. Its simply a blocking drill for the WRs and a drill to get off blocks for the CBs. A ball on the ground simply gives a target to run to for the CB.
