CPJ asking Dwyer to cut weight "as much as he can".

I thought he lost a good bit of the unhealthy weight during the off season. Oh well, I'm confident he'll be able to take off only the unhealthy weight soon.

Found it interesting that CPJ is asking Dwyer to cut as much weight as he can prior to the season starting....Has Dwyer added unhealthy weight & not just all bulk during the off season?
This was the first mention of hearing CPJ comment on Dwyer's weight to my knowledge...Anyone have any information on this situation.

I talked to a player dad (who I won't name) and he seemed to ascertain this point.

Last year CPJ said the same about Dwyer's weight so being surprised that this is the first time he said it is showing up a little late for the prom. He ALSO praised Dwyer all the way around and said if there was anything Dwyer needed to work on, it was his weight. Last year he was bigger than he is this season to put it into perspective.

Seems like maybe CPJ tells them to keep trying to cut weight even if they don't really need it so they don't get complacent.

Coach Paul Johnson lectured the two and sent them off to walk around the field, yelling “Hold hands!” at them as they left. Egbuniwe at first obliged, then slung his arm around Allen’s shoulder as fans laughed as they watched the scene unfold.
This made me laugh.

I think CPJ is trying to make Dwyer aesthetically pleasing to NFL scouts. His ability is certainly there.

I'm trying to reconcile CPJ's comment to Dwyer to Dwyer's comment about being even faster this year.

Is it even possible that Dwyer got both bigger and faster?
