You guys just don't know what you're talking about. You do what you have to do.
I can recall the B'More Colts back in the day when they were either NFL champs or contender when they had Johnny Unitas, the legend, at QB. Unitas went down with a knee during the stretch of one season (67-68, I guess, I can't really remember the dates but I do remember the games) and then his backup, I guess it was Morrall, went down and they didn't have another QB. Their HB Tom Matte who'd played QB at Ohio State (I think) was pressed into service for the last few games of the season.. Damn near won a championship. One of the gutsiest things I've ever seen.
Lesson is never discount what can be done. Having all these guys, heck half the team could probably learn to play a decent QB if they had to and they had CPJ up their ass.
