CSS live broadcast (GT-Miss. State)....just out!

....anc Comcast SportsNet Bay Area (CSNB)...and ESPN GamePlan.

I just ordered the "Multi-sports Package" from Dish Network for $5.99/mo. CSNB is showing up on my guide right now, but are we sure this game won't be blacked out here in Atlanta? I ask because I now also receive a number of other regional sports channels with the multi-sports package, but Dish is telling me that the programs are not available for viewing in my area (out of market baseball games, for example).

The link provided by the OP seems to indicate I'll be good for Saturday's game, but I wanted to be sure since I'll be having a lot of people over to watch the game at the house. Would hate to turn the tv to CSNB only to get that message that it's not available.

I would call them...I cannot answer that because I live in Florida.

I did call and spoke to a CSR before ordering. However, I'm not so sure she knew the whole deal since she said all of the channels that come with the package should be viewable on my tv with no black outs. Obviously this isn't the case since I'm not able to watch baseball games now.

I think I'm going to roll the dice and see what happens on Saturday. If I don't get it, I'll call up and cancel the package and then just go the 360 route on my laptop hooked up to the tv.

In the program guide scroll over to the game on Saturday. Try to setup a timer to record it. If it's blacked out, the guide will tell you that it is unavailable in your area.

For those in the Atlanta area, the game will be on Peachtree TV. I was surfing the guide last night and it showed up on their HD channel through Comcast. This is way better than watching it on CSS.

Hmm...Comcast's and Peachtree TV's online listings show Tyler Perry's House of Payne at 7:30. I get Peachtree TV on Dish, so I'll have to check out the listings on my guide when I get home.

Anybody know where it's on with COX cable in Destin, Fla.?

Any chance espn360 can get blacked out Saturday?

It won't be blacked out on 360. They only blackout games on local affiliates (like ABC or the Raycom game which are on TV already in your area).

So, um, what the heck? Why would they change it to Demolition Man?

That would be channel 319. Better check to make sure you get that channel. If not, call Cox and ask them how much it would be for you to upgrade to it and if they could make it happen before kickoff.
