I knew Da U fans were bad... but WOW was today awful. We really got Miami Dade County'a finest in the stands this afternoon. Very much enjoyed listening to them celebrate their win with class. I'd like to thank all my friends in the upper east who chose not to purchase season tickets this year, allowing these esteemed citizens to outnumber the home fans and shower us with their good graces.

Post your fun U fan stories here!! :ughthumb:

(But srsly. They were da worst)

I actually lucked out and had nothing but courteous fans around me including a very nice older gentleman. Definitely a change from previous years.

What else did you expect sitting in the wheelchair section?

No issues, but there were tons of them so I'm sure there were some bad ones

All the ones I met were fairly decent, before and after the game. Dwags and awburn are still the worst in my opinion.

We were sitting in the lower West stands today, about 10 rows up. There was one Miami fan sitting in the first row that would stand up every time they made a first down, turn around and yell, "Miami Hurricane"! And they other fans around us would respond "First Down"!
Got annoying after a while.

BTW, my usual seats are in lower East and I had not seen a game from the West stands in over a decade. To my great surprise, the food options in West stands are plentiful and with minimal lines. Lower East is like a dungeon, we have like two places to get food and it's always like a 15 minute wait in line to get anything. You guys in the West stands are really spoiled! And you get to sit most of the game, Lower East rarely sits down!

At halftime I loaded up the ankle-biter and went to the Ingles. Got some wings for 2.50 a pound. Picked up some beer and a cabernet for the steaks tomorrow. Didn't run into any rude fans.

Why did you take the offensive line to ingles?
