And how many of those hires did he make?

I have nothing to judge DRad's job performance on as an AD, other than his implementation of a good fanbase communications platform in "The Good Word" and being more responsive to our fanbase via e-mail -- hardly reason enough to annoint him the second coming of Homer Rice.

Not saying he will not become the best AD we've ever had, but just that the jury is still out on the topic and it seems odd to me the blind faith shown in him by many....Mike

All Im saying is he's been around and managed a hell of a program- he maanged the budgets etc for each of those sports as well as interacted and dealt with each coach individually- as well as raised money. Those are big reasons Wayne Clough of all people hired him
