Yeah and I been told a lot of people said the same thing about Stingtalk for a few years until it changed. Message boards are just fun guys don't take it so seriously.
I'm not talking about opinions on coaches, I'm talking about emails...and it ain't the same.

Double B showed me one time some of the threats and other crazy emails he got in the past from some posters I can't remember who they were but he's moving forward promoting Tech football with me. There's 2 sides to every story.
Living in the past doesn't get anything accomplished. If I had lived in the past I never would have played at Georgia Tech

No, but forgetting it has the same effect.
I was told about this forum damn near the day it was created and I never saw anything like an assault on O'Leary that was near what happened to Gailey.
I wouldn't be in favor or accepting him into this community any time soon because his actions went past "making a mistake." He was genuinely an asshole to the overwhelming majority of this board and when he went elsewhere to make his own, he did the same. I don't feel required to re-hash all of the nonsense that occurred on his silly message board between he and I.
There were people that had rational problems with Gailey and then there were people like BeeBad that found something wrong in everything Gailey did, up to how he ate his spaghetti.
BeeBad probably brought most of whatever "threats" he received on himself and it would be difficult to understand that if you weren't as connected to the community when the Pro/Anti Gailey ordeal was at it's peak.

To clarify, neither do I. My issue lies with BeeBad and the notion of him being a misunderstood man with an opinion.

I heard that his conservative nature made him eat spaghetti in a plastic body suit like the one Patrick Bateman used.
Adamm, there has NEVER been another GT message board moderator who has stalked members of his message board. This isn't about poster-to-poster warfare; this is about someone who abused his position of trust to stalk GT fans, all the while spewing the most vile, venomous garbage about Tech sports and coaches. No matter what peepad tells you or shows you, his behavior is unmatched and unforgivable.
That being said, good luck to you. You'll need it as long as you associate yourself with him. And I can pretty much assure you your partnership with him will hinder you in your efforts to work with the GTAA to grow and improve your show.

Double B sent emails to a couple members of his message boardwho he had shared competitive jousting with over they years about the coach. That isn't stalking in anyone's book. Makes me wonder why you would make up the term stalking when what he did isn't stalking.
If you didn't like him why did you join his board??
So a couple of you guys argued with Double B about Gailey for a few years and he sent you a couple emails about it 'cause you were members of his board and that got you bent out of shape. Let it go that ain't a big deal.

Did you expect him to admit what he did? I know what I know about his behavior, and if it didn't happen to you, you have no right to judge what it was. Why did I join his board? Because I had no idea how crazy he was, or that he would take my personal information and use it to stalk me. You see, I'd never encountered that behavior by the other message board owners/moderators at places where I had registered.

I've been visiting Stingtalk since the early days. It has always been a good board that attempted to to listen to all points of view. It did start as less of a rah-rah site than the Hive, but I've always thought this was a fair place. I've never seen another message board of any kind like bbuzzoff, I haven't been back there in a long time. That place was disgrace and had the worst moderator I've ever seen on a public message board. I'm not sure what you are trying to do with your site Adamm, but you won't do it being associated with such a character.

I did some searches here and Double B and many of the members from BBuzzOFF were members here for around a year or more and were saying the same things here they were on BBuzzOFF until the format changed here. So Stingtalk was exactly like BBuzzOFF. There was a guy named Beeware who was some crazy dude who said worst stuff about Gailey I ever read and he was amember here for a long time.
I'm knew online and I don't know anybody but I'm deciding on people on my own and doing my own research to find out who is telling the truth and who is not.

Some of you guys and your internett arguments sound crazy to me. :laugher: There is no personal information BBuzzOFF all you do is sign up with a nickname and an email address I'm a member there myself. If you get an email from somebody you don't like you don't read it.

Last post on the subject Adamm. I had problems with how bb ran his board and the personal attacks he participated in. I felt that was over the top for a moderator to take sides but so be it. I stopped posting because I didn't like how the board was managed. I know posts were made about me after I left because people copied me but I stayed away. What I really have problems with were the kinds of things he said about Tech, not me. Just as I'll fight a bulldog when he insults Tech, I felt bb was saying things that were more demeaning than any ugag fan I'd ever heard. That shows pretty shaky personal ethics in my book.

A couple times is fine but you have gone over the top yourself in trying to hurt my show which promotes Georgia Tech football which makes me wonder about you. An internet argument is so important that you want to hurt an ex-player and Tech football? I heard you.
