Our depth on defense is great. We have talented players in all positions that can step up for the job if our starters get injured or they leave for the NFL...

D LINE- alfred malone, gary johnson, reggie koon..
D End- Greg Gathers, Tony Hargrove, Hobie Holiday...
LineBackers- Daryl Smith, Key Fox, Reco Wimbush, Ather Brown, Matt Etheridge
Conerbacks- J.R. Cox, Marvious Hester, Albert Poree, Rueben Houstin, Kelly Rhyno
Safetys- Cory Collins, Jeremy Muyers, Dennis Davis and more..

I think the our defense with its talent and with a great coach in Jon Tenuta will be able to be one of the top in the Acc.

Yes sir, that is indeed a strong contingent at Backer. I believe Wommack runs his defense to the strength of his defensive backfield, and he tends to play fast LBs that can drop back into coverage and provide ample threat blitz-kreiging an Offensive Line - Particularly Georgia's, LOL!
