dog fans on other schools' message boards are like an annoying and harmless computer virus.

a) they come in unwanted, uninvited, unneeded.
b) they unnecessarily consume bandwidth
c) the sole purpose of their presence is to foment mischief
d) at first they try stealth and repress their true characters so that they are not too noticeable (like Trojans)
e) however, thanks to point (c), they finally jump out of the horse and go "peekaboo", thus revealing their true character (like Dave the Dog)
f) the best part, unlike some robust and harmful viri, they are easily nuked

the same applies to most rivals on our boards.

i only recently started visiting this and other boards (the hive, gamecock forum, etc.). and i did so because of the proliferation of rivals on our boards. just wanted to check them out. and now i'm hooked.

all the boards are the same, ftmp. the hive and dawgvent have the most personality, in my opinion. indeed, the hive and dawgvent are bizarro twins. stingtalk is akin to dawgrun; a bit more rational, but fun nonetheless.

i'm gonna go now. i have to think of some trouble to stir up
