On paper, there's just not enough data one way or the other. It's hard to REALLY know how good GT and Miami are because we also have no idea how good Clemson and FSU really are. Tentatively, I see a barn. Biurner with both teams scoring bunches of points, but don't quote me on that.
All that said, I will say the intangibles are going heavily in GT's favor. Miami, players and fans, are wayyyy too coky considering their accomplishments so far. The player comments remind me of Taykor Bennet's comment after losing to BC, "We'll see them again in JAX." Those type of comments always seem to bite team's in the ass down the road.
