I know. I was taking exception to the pure coaching part. As head cheerleader, Dabo is good and that is more important in the college game. Out athleting just about everyone is much easier than out scheming them.

Not if GT had any pride as an Institution - so yes, he will be here next year even if we are 1 - 10.

If we do decide we want to have a competent coach, it will take that guy 2 to 3 recruiting years to get us competitive.

So every year cpj stays, we will be kicking that burden down the road.

But instead of saving us money it will be costing us probably double of whatever the payout is every year.

GT logic defined.

Can we pull scholarships? There are some people on the field that do not deserve scholarships.

Zero chance we could get Venables. He's young, getting paid a shit-ton of money, and having fun. He'll only leave for a really good HC job, which he'll definitely be able to get.
